Who is responsible for your data?

What information do we collect?

We collect your first and last name, work email address, company, current Copilot stage, and any business goal or challenge you choose to describe. We also retain the date, campaign source and confirmation that you accepted this notice.

Why do we use it?

We use the information to respond to the option you choose. For a Blueprint request, we send a personal download link and may share relevant follow-up information in line with your consent. For a conversation request, we propose times for a 15-minute discussion and use the context you provide to understand your Copilot situation. Requesting the Blueprint does not request or book a meeting. We do not make automated decisions about you.

Who can access it?

Access is limited to the Yuma sales, marketing and specialist teams who need the information to respond. Brevo processes the email notification on Yuma's behalf, and the website's hosting and security providers process the technical information needed to operate and protect the form. Yuma does not sell or rent your personal data.

How long do we retain it?

Contact-form and prospect information may be retained for up to three years after the last meaningful interaction, unless a longer period is required by law or a shorter period is appropriate.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, erase or restrict the use of your personal data, object to processing, withdraw consent where it applies, or request data portability where relevant. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
